India to Serbia Visa

1. Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of arrival + Old passports if any.
2. Visa Application forms.
3. 2 recent photographs : 35X45mm, white background matt finish, 80% face size.
4. Covering letter mentioning the details of the applicant, visit, and company information.
5. Invitation letter from Serbia company mentioning details of the visit, applicant and company.
6. Hotel Voucher
7. Return Air tickets.
8. Travel Insurance
9. Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.
10. Original personal Bank Statements for last 6 months updated with bank seal & sign.
11. Salary Slips for last 3 months – if employed
12. Business Registration of Indian Company

Visa Fees: INR 5450/- pp

5. Proof of payment for the trip issued by a travel agency (voucher or other type of payment receipt.
6. Return ticket.
7. Day to Day Itinerary
8. Travel Insurance
9. Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.
10. Original personal bank statements for last 6 months updated with bank seal & sign and healthy balance.
11. Salary Slips for last 3 months – if employed
12. Original Leave Letter on Company letterhead – if employed
13. Retire proof /Pension order- if retired
14. Business Registration – if self employed.

Documents required from Family/friend –

1. Invitation letter in Original – certified by the relevant authority of the Republic of Serbia.
2. Passport and Visa copy.
3. Relationship proof certificate if visiting family relatives.

All applicants under 18 years old must also submit:

1. • Copies of parents’ passports / ID cards, as well as applicant’s birth certificate
   • If travelling alone: Letter of Consent signed by both parents (original and legalised)
   • If travelling with only one of the parents: Letter of Consent from the other parent (original and legalised)
   • If travelling with a parent with single custody: An original of the Certificate of Single Custody must be presented.

Time Required: 15 Working Days

Note : Serbia visa is On Arrival for Indian passport holders up to 30 days stay for the purpose of Tourist,family visit and Business.
